Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Last Updated: September 18, 2026

Welcome to Zyra.

Zyra is an online digital store that provides downloadable digital products, including ebooks, guides, educational materials, templates, prompts, documents, and other digital content.

This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains the ownership, protection, permitted use, and restrictions that apply to the content available through zyra.alexsylvestre.com.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a digital product from Zyra, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights described in this policy.

1. Ownership of Zyra Content

Unless otherwise stated, the website, digital products, written content, graphics, designs, logos, branding, images, layouts, descriptions, original materials, and other content provided by Zyra are owned by, controlled by, or properly licensed to Zyra and/or the applicable rights holder.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the customer.

2. What You Receive When You Purchase a Digital Product

When you purchase a digital product from Zyra, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased product for your personal, lawful purposes, unless the specific product description states otherwise.

The purchase gives you access to the digital product. It does not give you ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights in that product.

3. Personal Use License

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, purchased digital products are intended for the purchaser's personal use.

You may generally:

  • Download the purchased file during the applicable download-access period.

  • Store a copy of the purchased file for your personal use.

  • Read, view, or use the material for personal educational or informational purposes.

  • Access the file on your own personal devices.

  • Make a reasonable personal backup copy where technically appropriate.

4. Prohibited Uses

Unless you have received written permission from Zyra or the applicable copyright owner, you may not:

  • Resell the digital product.

  • Redistribute the digital product.

  • Give the purchased file to another person for their personal use.

  • Upload the file to a website, marketplace, cloud repository, file-sharing service, social media platform, forum, or other public or private distribution system.

  • Publish the complete product or substantial portions of it online.

  • Share download links with other people.

  • Use the product to create a competing commercial product.

  • Claim the product or its original content as your own.

  • Remove copyright notices, ownership notices, branding, or other identifying information.

  • Modify the product and distribute the modified version as your own.

  • Use the product in a way that infringes the rights of Zyra or any third party.

5. Unlimited Downloads Do Not Mean Unlimited Distribution

Zyra may provide unlimited downloads during the applicable download-access period.

This means that the purchaser may download the purchased product as many times as permitted during the applicable access period.

It does not mean that the purchaser may share the file, download link, or access credentials with other people.

The download-access period is:

Unlimited downloads during the 7-day period beginning with the customer's first successful download; after that, the download link expires.

The first successful download starts the seven-day access period.

The purchaser is responsible for securely storing their legitimately downloaded copy.

6. Sharing and Distribution

You may not distribute a purchased digital product to friends, family members, coworkers, students, customers, clients, online communities, or other third parties unless Zyra has expressly granted permission.

If another person wants access to a Zyra product, they should obtain it through the appropriate authorized purchasing or distribution channel.

7. Commercial Use

Unless a product explicitly states that commercial use is permitted, purchasing a digital product from Zyra does not grant you the right to use the product or its content for commercial purposes.

Examples of restricted commercial uses may include:

  • Selling the original digital file.

  • Incorporating substantial portions of the product into a product you sell.

  • Using the product as the primary content of a paid service.

  • Repackaging the product and selling it under another name.

  • Using substantial portions of the content to create competing educational or commercial materials.

If you require commercial, resale, redistribution, or extended licensing rights, contact Zyra before using the material for those purposes.

8. Copyright Notices

Copyright notices, trademarks, logos, branding, author information, license information, or other ownership notices included in Zyra products or website content must not be removed, altered, hidden, or misrepresented.

9. User-Generated Content

If Zyra allows customers to submit comments, reviews, testimonials, feedback, images, or other content, the customer remains responsible for the content they submit.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that content and that it does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.

Any permissions granted to Zyra for submitted content will be handled according to the terms presented at the time of submission.

10. Third-Party Content

Some Zyra products or website materials may contain or reference third-party materials, resources, trademarks, quotations, images, software, fonts, links, or other intellectual property.

Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.

Where applicable, Zyra will seek to use third-party materials in accordance with the applicable license, permission, attribution, or other legal basis.

Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to Zyra or to the customer.

11. Trademarks

The name Zyra, associated branding, logos, graphics, and other identifying elements may constitute trademarks, trade names, or protected brand assets.

You may not use Zyra's name, branding, logos, or other distinctive elements in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement without appropriate permission.

12. Copyright Infringement

Zyra respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that content available through the Zyra website or one of its digital products infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to allow us to investigate the matter.

Your notice should, where applicable, include:

  • Your name and contact information.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property concerned.

  • A description of the material you believe infringes your rights.

  • Information identifying where the allegedly infringing material appears.

  • A statement explaining why you believe the material infringes your rights.

  • Any relevant supporting documentation or evidence.

  • Confirmation that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

13. Unauthorized Distribution of Zyra Products

If Zyra becomes aware that a digital product has been unlawfully copied, redistributed, publicly posted, resold, or otherwise made available without authorization, Zyra may take appropriate action.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Requesting removal of the unauthorized material.

  • Contacting the relevant website, platform, marketplace, or service provider.

  • Suspending or restricting access associated with abuse of the service.

  • Investigating the source of unauthorized distribution.

  • Taking other lawful measures available under applicable law.

14. Download Links and Access Credentials

Download links, access links, customer accounts, and other mechanisms used to provide access to purchased products are intended for the purchaser's authorized use.

Customers must not intentionally share, publish, sell, transfer, or otherwise misuse access credentials or download links.

Zyra may take reasonable measures to protect its digital products against unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, or distribution.

15. AI-Assisted or AI-Generated Content

Some digital products may be created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, software, automation, editing tools, or other technologies.

Where applicable, Zyra may combine AI-assisted material with human selection, editing, organization, formatting, research, instruction, design, or other creative contributions.

The availability of AI-assisted content does not give customers permission to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the product beyond the license granted with the purchase.

16. Educational and Informational Materials

Some Zyra products may contain educational, informational, organizational, or creative material.

Purchasing such material does not grant ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Customers may use the material according to the applicable license and the specific product terms.

17. Product-Specific Licenses

Some products may include additional or different licensing terms.

If a product page, product file, license document, or accompanying documentation provides specific usage rights, those terms may apply to that particular product.

Where specific terms conflict with this general policy, the product-specific license will govern to the extent stated in that license.

18. Permission for Additional Uses

Permission requests may include:

  • Commercial use.

  • Educational distribution.

  • Corporate use.

  • Translation and redistribution.

  • Republishing.

  • Adaptation.

  • Licensing.

  • Resale or extended distribution rights.

Permission is not automatically granted simply because a request has been submitted.
